Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when you’ll receive your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high order volume or supply delay, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal issues or customs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

If an address is entered incorrectly at checkout, we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
